Canadian Masters Windsurfing Championship 2026

July 25-26, 2026

1. The Canadian Masters Windsurfing Championship is organized by the Canadian Masters Windsurfing Association in conjunction with the Toronto Windsurfing Club.

2. LOCATION AND HOST: All racing will be hosted by the CMWA at the Toronto Windsurfing Club, 2 Regatta Road, Toronto. (www.torontowindsurfingclub.com) For information, contact: Ian Matthews at matthews_ian@hotmail.com.

3. RULES: The event will be governed by The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) of Word Sailing (ISAF) 2025-2028 including Appendix B, the prescriptions of Sail Canada (formerly CYA), and the Sailing Instructions.

5.ENTRIES: To be eligible for the CMWA Championship trophies, Canadian participants must be members of the Canadian Masters Windsurfing Association. International participants welcome.

ENTRY FEE:

Full Weekend Package CMWA members (includes racing,  Saturday dinner and 2 lunches): $185
Full Weekend Package for non CMWA & TWC members (includes same as above): $200
Full Weekend Package Youth (includes lunches and souvenir): $125
Racing package (includes lunches): $145
Racing one day (includes racing and lunch only): $50
Full meal-only package for spouses & guests (1 dinner and 2 lunches): $100
Lunches only $40; One lunch only $20; Saturday dinner $60.

6. DISCIPLINES: Course racing (Raceboards, Kona, Wing/Sail Foil, Windsurfer LT). Long distance and slalom if wind permits. Separate Kona and foil starts if a minimum of 5 participants.

7. EQUIPMENT: Equipment shall be as listed above in no. 6,
governed by the rules of each class. Any slalom event will be open and unlimited.
